Sensei Ball Tournament (April 2005)
This was probably the best and the toughest Sensei Ball tournament so far. The teams were all fairly evenly matched. Four teams of 6 players competed in this fun, exciting, exhausting, and challenging competition. It was a round robin tournament with each team played three games.
The four teams were as follows: Team #1 - Vince Denis, Lara Denis, Maria Tainaka, Dave Thomas, Greg Harrison, and Tom Mah; Team #2 - Celina Manson, Darcy Holloway, Franc Koren, Darren Luoma, ? Cridland, Adam Parisien, and Kary Tainaka; Team #3 - Gordon Bell, Ron Cridland, Ryan Cridland, Carl Da Luz, Peter Plimmer, Vanessa Tse; Team #4 - Gary Crawford, Joel Field, Dustin Fyal, Russell Hewitt, and Jeff Van Dyk.
In the end it was Team #3 walking away with the championship. They played very well. They passed and caught the ball better than then other teams and that made all the difference. Congratulations Team #3, YOU DESERVE THE WIN.
